Norman's Auto Glass and Upholstery was founded on East State Street in Trenton, NJ by Walter Norman. |

Norman's moved to a facility on Whitehead Road in Hamilton, NJ, where both auto glass and upholstery procedures were preformed.

John Farfalla and the Farfalla family purchased the business and all interest and the company was incorporated to Norman's Auto Services, Inc. This included a 9 bay garage with 12 foot overhead doors to accommodate large vehicles. |
| 1990 |
Norman's Auto Services initiated our Mobile Auto Glass Service. Currently 5 full time mobile glass units are in service. |
| 1992 |
John Farfalla, Jr. was added to the company securing a successful future for Norman's. |
| 1997 |
In our efforts to diversify and provide quality products and services, an agreement was formed as a distributor for Hidden Hitch of America to assist our mobile home and trailer customers. |
| 1998 |
Norman's added a facility in the Newtown, PA area to have a base and expand our operations in the Bucks County and surrounding areas. |
| 1999 |
Norman's purchased the assets of Burlington Glass Works in South Jersey which allowed expansion of services to include plate and mirror glass at ALL our locations. This business has expanded further to include shower and tub enclosures and has a full showroom. Norman's also partnered with PPG industries in the development of the only independent auto glass trade name of PPG PROSTARS. |

Norman's retained a graphic artist and started our sign & graphics business to assist with our sandblasting, stained and glass art programs. |
| 2001 |
A fourth location was added three miles north of Princeton, NJ. Services increased to included commercial and storefront glazing. |
| 2002 |
The Norman's facility in Trenton has been expanded, adding 3,000 square feet of space and upgrading the existing structure to include a large showroom and additional office space. |

The SnoWay Snowplow line, a superior product in the snowplow industry, was added at the Trenton facility |
